Below are some of are common questions:
We pack and ship orders M-F, 10AM-4:30PM CST/CDT.
Please keep in mind that we may need more time to process orders after holiday closures, big sales, while shipping large pre-orders out the door, or, most recently, during global pandemics.

SHIPPING OVERVIEW:
Costs
Shipping costs vary by order content, weight, and destination unless designated as FREE or FLAT RATE.
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country's customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
Timeline
We ship orders out as quickly as we can - typically within 2-3 business days*
Delivery windows are based on transit time once an order has been shipped. These estimates are approximate and should be considered a guideline only. They are not guaranteed.
The shipping option/postage class you select will not impact how quickly we are able to ship your order - orders are packed and shipped in the order they were received.
Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to make changes/reroute to a new delivery address.
A note about pre-orders: We're making every effort to set realistic ship dates based on the information provided to us by manufacturers; many factors (e.g., shipping delays, supply chain shortages) have made it harder to predict in-hand dates with 100% accuracy so we may need to adjust our timeline over the course of a release or item's pre-order period. If we are forced to change a scheduled ship date, we will reach out via email to let you know.
You will receive an order confirmation via email. If a confirmation email isn't received within 24 hours, email mailorder@fatherdaughterrecords.com for help.
Generally, orders ship within 2-3 business days after they are received. Pre-order and back-ordered items are an exception. You will receive an e-mail the moment your order ships.
We're still a relatively small operation so we can get backed up after holidays, big sales, or while shipping large pre-orders out the door.
If you have not received an email within several business days and none of the above conditions seem like they'd apply, please send a pseudo-friendly e-mail to mailorder@fatherdaughterrecords.com and we'll be happy to look into this for you.
Items ordered alongside a pre-order will ship with the pre-order. Place two separate orders if you want to receive the non pre-ordered items before the pre-ordered items.
We accept returns on the following items:
- unopened CDs, LPs, and tapes
- unworn and unwashed apparel
All claims/returns must be made within 60 days of receiving an order.

A note about Postage Costs: we cover shipping costs only if you were shipped an incorrect item or your purchase is damaged/defective.
If you need to swap a size or have changed your mind about a purchase that you have already received, no worries, we totally understand!

* Last Chance items are often discounted because of superficial damage - these items are typically not eligible for an exchange.
If you made an order within 24 hours, please email mailorder@fatherdaughterrecords.com about the change of address.
